Graphic design of the logos of the EMMPOL8 mission in Poland.
The EMMPOL 8 Mission took place at the Analog Astronaut Training Center in Poland, in September 2021. The mission simulated life inside a confined Lunar base with a crew of five astronauts. As part of the mission crew, I was in charge of Communication and Outreach. I was also the official photographer to document the activities of the crew. The concept:
The logo plays with visual perception to integrate the number “8” (being the “EMMPOL 8” – EuroMoonMars Poland mission number 8) into the stylized shape of an astronaut.
